AP Literature |Educreations Annotation
Lesson
The use of technology in my classroom is integrated in instructional practices when these tools enhance student understanding and engagement. One tool I utilize with great success in my classroom is Educreations. It is an app that transforms an iPad into a whiteboard and records the lesson as a video as you are teaching and annotating. It has been especially useful when students miss class. For example, I've used this tool in the past for a teacher-led close reading modeling activity of one of the most famous speech, and perhaps most difficult speeches in literature, Hamlet's "To Be or Not To Be" soliloquy.
